Understanding your attachment styles and how to live with other peoples

Similarly to love languages, there are several attachment styles.  This course will help you to identify what yours is and also identify those of your previous partners which could explain their behaviour whilst in a relationship.  It will also make you more prepared for working out what your next partner’s attachment style is so that you can understand how they behave within your relationship.
