About the Course

Meditation is a practice that has helped many become more centred and mindful.  It is also great to aid relaxation and aid sleep.  This course is a simple breakdown of meditation, how it can help and includes some guided meditations to get you started.  It is something that gets better with practice and we start right at the beginning and explain how it isn’t all about clearing your mind, being silent and blocking out your thoughts.
