About the Course

Journalling is a practice that has helped many to clear their mind and understand their thoughts as well as getting their goals and dreams out on paper.  It is also great to aid relaxation and aid sleep.  This course is a simple breakdown of journalling, how it can help and includes some guided Journals and journal prompts to get you started.  It is something that gets better with practice and we start right at the beginning and explain how it isn’t all about writing pages and pages and can be kept very simple and take very little time each day.
