About the Course
The Menopause can be a scary and confusing time for some women. They can feel as though their whole personality has changed or that they are unable to think clearly. This course will talk through some of the symptoms you may be experiencing, signpost you to areas where you can get assistance and also talk through how to manage those symptom and boost your confidence whilst dating.
