About the Course
We found that most of the support out there is for the person left behind and that there is a general assumption that because you were the one who left the relationship that you are OK. We believe that this can be a damaging assumption and lead to people not wanting to ask for help as they don’t feel they deserve it. Being the one that left a relationship can still result in going through the grieving process, lead to feelings of confusion and what now? This course helps you to navigate the nuances of being the one who left and gives you exercises to aid you in deciding your direction.
