Finding you

Some people can come out of a relationship wondering who they are.  Sometimes they don’t even know what their likes and dislikes are outside of a relationship?  Was there something that you enjoyed doing before your relationship that you no longer do?  Is there something that you have always wanted to try but your previous partner was never happy to do? This course will allow you to discover all of these things.  It will allow you to discover the things that you like and introduce you to some methods to help you get back to your inner self and set your direction for the future.
