About the Course
Having an attitude of gratitude can change the way you think about things. It is a mind changing practice that can alter the way that you look at things and help you through tough times. This course will introduce you to a gratitude practice, will include some prompts and suggested things to focus on as well as some guided gratitude meditations to kick start your practice. In positive psychology research conducted by Harvard they have stated that gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, improve their health, deal with adversity and build strong relationships.
