Jacquis' interview on BBC Solent - Thursday 27th January 2022
Last Thursday, I was invited onto BBC Radio Solent to chat with Pat Sissons about the hurdles individuals overcome when finding themselves single later in life.
Since my interview, I have had numerous people contact me to discuss the topics covered and gain some insight into how this can be more accessible.
As a result of these and previous enquiries, I am releasing a series of videos (vlogs) from next week with Melinda Smith, our Break-up & Dating coach. These vlogs will concentrate on many of the issues found when we suddenly find ourselves thrown into the world of singledom in our 50s, 60s and 70s. There will be supporting resources to accompany the videos. These will be attached to the vlog and downloadable guides from tried and tested methods relating to self-help and signposting to other supporting resources.
